Using AI During COVID-19

This 5-part series examines the way AI, automation, and omnichannel communications redefine how we support and connect with students.

In its inaugural series, the Ivy.ai Institute focuses on how AI helps to scale operations and adapt to change, especially as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic. The series examines four pillars of scale and adaptability, individually and collectively, from the perspective of five institutions of higher education.
