With a background in transformational leadership, Keyana Scales, VP for Enrollment Management at Xavier University of Louisiana has led her team through significant institutional and cultural change in recent history. Keyana joined XULA shortly after the departure of the University’s past president with an impressive 47-year tenure launching XULA into dynamic changes in staffing, training, and process improvement all the while leveraging new technologies.
