Our Accessibility Statement

Ivy. ai is committed to accessibility. We want everyone who visits the Ivy.ai website and uses our products and services to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

Ivy.ai strives to maintain our website, products and services to be both accessible to all persons and compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) put forth by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). To help us make the Ivy.ai website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly. Ivy.ai strives to ensure our products and services meet or exceed WCAG level AA.

We recognize that accessibility and usability are not always possible in every area of our products and services for those partners and visitors using assistive technologies and devices. To support continuous improvement, Ivy.ai conducts accessibility reviews of its products and services and remediates issues uncovered by these audits. Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing.

Learn More About How
We Test Accessibility

At Ivy.ai our philosophy is to ensure both service and technical excellence. Our team works collaboratively with all of our partner college and university offices for accessibility, and frequently consult with accessibility subject matter experts. Additionally, our technical team is committed to continually testing for accessibility using a blend of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools. Our team employs every possible tool to ensure the Ivy.ai platform is institutive and accessible for everyone. The testing tools we use include formal checklists and peer programming to reinforce critical code review, automated scanning, color contract checkers, keyboard-only testing, assistive technology testing, and other methods.
